A family of wine and olive growers from 14 generations in Puegnago del Garda; men and women share an unconditional love for this land, its fruits, and its nature. Since 1552, this has been the basis of every choice and decision, with a single objective: the quality and healthiness of wines and pitted extra virgin olive oil. Today, the company is led by Gianfranco, his wife Elisabetta, and sons Roberto and Andrea, with the aim to enhance and fully express the unique character and flavor of the fruit produced by their land.
Their careful and responsible management of crops and their scientific research and tools provided by new technologies allow the company to steadily head in this direction; In 2001, a strong choice aimed to maximize the enhancement of the healthful components in the EVO oil determined the introduction of an innovative extraction process that separates the olive fruit from the core, allowing them to obtain oil only from the pulp of the olives and to operate in total absence of contact with the air, protecting their product from possible early oxidative phenomena. Comincioli Farm grows varieties existing from early 1900, such as the Casaliva, the native olive of Lake Garda, as well as Raza, Favaröl, Mitria, Regina del Garda, Cornaröl, Drizzar, Trepp, Gargnà, and Leccino.
