Taste: Bitter and spicy, with strong hints green apple and banana, fresh grass, tomato and an almond aftertaste. Good harmony and persistence.
It's personality is best suited to vegetable dishes, legumes soups, red meat roast, mushrooms, wild herbs, savory pasta dishes and bruschetta.
