Taste: intense fruity, harmonious and balanced, the right balance between bitter and spicy, captivating and pleasantly persistent
From October to March ideal for pasta dishes, vegetables, grilled meat, salads and legumes. From February onwards, it can be also matched with fish, thanks to an evolution of the oil, which many define ‘eclectic’, despite being intense fruity, able to enrich dishes, always leaving the prime material as the protagonist: spicy and bitter, by contrast, create a perfectly pleasant stability.
