Taste:fresh and clean. It opens with a mild sweet sensation, followed by a pleasant rush of bitter and spicy of medium intensity, rich persistence of notes of vegetables dominated by the grassy feel of artichoke, good persistence of spicy notes.
It matches perfectly with beans starters, grilled red meat, salmon carpaccio, tomato salad, amberjack marinade, cream of legumes, artichoke risotto, gratin shellfish, grilled squid, baked rabbit, grilled chicken and goat cheese.
