Color:intense golden yellow with greenish nuances, clear after filtering.
Bouquet: broad and pervasive, with traces of artichoke and chicory, with balsamic notes of mint, rosemary and sage.
Taste:mild and complex, with tones of lettuceand hints of almonds, cinnamon and black pepper.
Noticeable bitter and intense spicy .
The ideal matching is with chanterelle mushrooms, boiled lobster, seafood salad, marinated seabass, cream of chickpeas, fish cous cous, brill in foil, perch tartare, fresh soft cheese and cookies.
