Bouquet: A more “introverted” bouquet, not fully discernible. Notes of hazelnuts and yellow straw, and then slowly rising into a vegetable note of almond, almost toasted.
Taste: It is vigorous in the mouth, full-bodied, structured and just a little bitter, and then spicy like a strong chili pepper.
Expert Opinion: This oil can be easily matched with meat and the famous Sardinian piglet.
