Olive Variety: Moraiolo – Frantoio and Leccino in variable amounts

Soil Type: 14.000 trees, 300-400 m a.s.l.

Certification: produced from certified ICEA organic farming

Harvest Type: hand-picked.

Extraction Method: the olives, within 12-24 hours from harvest, are processed in the farm’s own 2 ½-stages continuous cycle mill, equipped with saw-toothed crusher and nitrogen plants to work without oxygen.

Bouquet: characterized by scents of grass full of freshness.

Taste: strong scents of artichoke with mild and balanced bitter and spicy.
